RETURNS

Online purchases made through Fabi's Boutique may be returned within 20 days of the ship date. Your return form and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail or to our stores. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and are only available for online purchases returned by mail. Merchandise returned to any Fabi's Boutique store location within the United States will be eligible for exchange or store credit towards your next purchase. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We don't provide international delivery at this moment.

 

How do I return an item?

 

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange it for another item or return it, just follow the procedures for returns and exchanges, which is published in our site. Request a RMA authorization number.

 

 

How to request a RMA?

 

Contact customer care at fabisboutique_official@hotmail.com

 with your order number and contact information. We will not accept returns without prior authorization from Fabi's Boutique and a proper return authorization number.

Make a copy of your invoice and keep original for your records.  

 

Once we receive your item(s), a refund is initiated after 48 hours. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method

 

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
